Lucas Zullo, PhD (he/him)

Director

Dr. Zullo has over a decade of experience providing evidence-based care in a variety of settings, including intensive outpatient, inpatient, consult liaison, and the emergency department. Throughout his career, he has gained expertise in the most cutting edge evidence-based treatments by working directly with the developers of these interventions themselves. Dr. Zullo is an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and has trained hundreds of mental health providers both nationally and internationally. He prides himself on delivering evidence-based care with rigorous clinical fidelity while also making therapy engaging and accessible to clients in order to maximize clinical outcomes.

Dr. Zullo is extremely active within national organizations, including the American Psychological Association, Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, and the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN). Within the NCTSN, Dr. Zullo is one of the founders and co-leaders of the NCTSN Trauma-Informed Suicide Prevention and Postvention Community of Practice and is a collaborator within the NCTSN Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Gender Expression Collaborative group. Additionally, Dr. Zullo is an on-call consultant for The Trevor Project and 988.

He received his PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed his postdoctoral training at the University of California-Los Angeles. Dr. Zullo attended Swarthmore College for his undergraduate education with a double major in Psychology and Political Science. Previously, Dr. Zullo also worked at the Aaron T. Beck Psychopathology Research Center at the University of Pennsylvania and the Center for Family Intervention Science at Drexel University.

Daria Williams, PsyD (she/her)

Psychologist

Dr. Williams is a highly trained clinician with extensive experience providing evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She is skilled in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in managing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and identity development.

Dr. Williams has worked across a wide range of settings—including outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools, and university counseling centers—giving her a comprehensive understanding of the challenges young people and their families face at different stages of development. She emphasizes a warm, collaborative style that empowers clients to develop insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.

She also values working closely with families, schools, and medical providers when appropriate, ensuring care is well-coordinated, individualized, and responsive to each client’s unique needs.

Dr. Williams earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Jefferson Health’s David Farber ASPIRE Center and her pre-doctoral internship in Child and Adolescent Psychology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
